This course gave a good understanding of the different forms of bias and was easy to understand and the examples shown assisted in analysing my thoughts towards the differences in people. Would recommend this course to everyone.

Excellent training course, clear, engaging and valid for todays workplace. I would encourage all to undertake - fairness and kindness whilst encouraging all to get the best out of people and indeed challenge your own thinking/situations.

I found this a very good, concise, course and a useful reminder for those of us who have done similar training. The number of ´episodes’’(40) is excessive however, and rather annoying. The overall length is fine however.
