A interesting and valuable course

I found this rather useful and interesting to work through. I think it is important to be made aware of unconscious bias and be aware of tactics and information that supports creating a non-bias work environment. I found the content valuable and felt that I learnt a lot!

a bit confusing

Thought provoking but could also make me feel a bit paranoid when dealing with people

3/5
Very informative.

It was good to find out all of the bias and the different names for each.

5/5
Great course

Thought provoking.

5/5
Packed with good quality material

A very god course given the time limitations and where I think this type of training is generally best delivered amongst colleagues to optimise discussion points and debate shared experiences. Certainly gives enough thought provoking material to give a decent grounding in the topic and “further research” options were also available (and good). Test at the end was relatively lightweight.

4/5
Short, concise explanations-excellent

This format keeps your attention and easy to comprehend since the explanations are short and detailed compared to other longer formats that do not capture the audience.

5/5
Quite interesting psychological approach

This course encourages you to analyse your own thoughts and behaviours. Videos and concepts are more interesting than some other courses available.

4/5
Relevant, logical, thought provoking

This was a good 45 minute training course which challenged my thinking and enabled me to think about bias which is everywhere

5/5
clear, and helpful

Was ok

I felt it laboured a few points. Not a bad course but not the best I've been on. I think it strayed too far into other areas at one point, e.g. creating an inclusive diverse team is something that might be hindered by unconscious bias, but the course tended to then discuss the advantages of such teams (which is or should be the subject of a different course) more than how to deal with unconscious bias when setting up a team.
