I've had UB training before and 'assumed' I knew all about it. This course showed that you need to keep working at it and always thinking about our unconscious biases; it also shows how you do that.

Really enjoyable training session, lot's of detail but didn't feel over done and had plenty of time to write notes.
I found the course informative and it got me thinking which was the aim of the courseThe course/ assessment definitely took longer than 45 minutes though
Unable to speed up videos and forced to listen at a very slow pace.
As an experienced manager I cant say as I learnt anything new but the course was a great refresher/reminder. We are all too quick to make 'assumptions' so completing this course just brought everything back as to how we need to be more conscious and mindful of how as managers we can come across and how our thoughts of situations and events can have on our behaviours. Really enjoyed it!

I enjoyed the delivery of the course. The trainer had an engaging manner that helped 40 segments pass by quickly and held my interest. The test was fair.
