I like the fact that it can stop anx I can go back to where I left off

An important topic, but dragged out over way too many slides. The concept is not difficult to grasp. Also pairing the topic of unconscious bias with recruitment practices extended the module further, and unnecessarily for some who have no recruitment duties.
It is good to evaluate how we subconciously think.
The course helped me identifying the different types of the unconscious biases we may all have but unaware of and therefore tackle them and create a better work environment and more productive one.

Although I am not a manager this course was very interesting and thought provoking
I perhaps struggle a little with this as regardless of UB we all have OPINIONS on all matters of life and the people within that life. This may be called conscious bias or a strong opinion. The training has made me think a little about the subject
I'd give it 5 stars, but the stock film wasn't great and I think more tests that helped the trainee understand his/her biases would have been good.
