It was good this training has been identified as i was able to learn and understand the hidden unconscious biases that we develop as professionals.

Made me look at how I view people on the first time of meeting. A lot of room for thought as to how to improve first impressions

Good graphics and analogies and great prompt(s) for us all to work towards each day.

Self-awareness is emphasised well in the course, and the distinction of different biases is clearly defined.

Very good course. You think you are aware of your biases and that you are trying to ensure you're not but then you realize you're automatically being biased without meaning to be - however, whether you remain biased is up to you!

The course helps us to examine and question different kinds of unconscious biases we may have, in a helpful way There are exercises such as listening to voices and noticing what assumptions we automatically make. It also encourages us to notice who we feel positive/negative towards and work out what factors are in play, and to consider our own unconscious micro-behaviours towards colleagues. What a shame there is no certificate to download as there is for other courses.

Lots of food for thought in this course which prompts positive reassessment of your own behaviours, ideas, thoughts and biases....conscious or unconscious.
