While likely not the intent, I believe this training serves only to sow division and encourages employees to view one another with suspicion. It conflictingly portrays 'unconscious bias' as both a natural part of the human condition, and also a workplace issue in need of redress. Furthermore, it offers no concrete solutions to anything; the advice given consists of vague and ongoing processes, but actually overcoming one's 'unconscious bias' is essentially assumed to be an unattainable goal. I do not see how this is helpful. If something is a natural and inevitable part of being human, then this type of training is unnecessary; and if something is an actual problem, then any training addressing it should be able to define what a victory over it would look like.

Day to day routine but never thinking about it. An open minding experience listening to the training.

I thought the training was fine as an introduction but I didn't feel like any of the examples were especially enlightening and thought some of the strategies provided were a bit too general and vague to give me a good direction on how to attack reducing my unconscious bias.

This training should be done often and repeated frequently in today's ever changing world where more and more people are exposed to different people and situations on a daily basis.

This course was amazing and I feel, I needed it the most at present moment. As I've completed the course, it has changed my thinking about many situations and people at my workplace. I've realized that I may not always be right and other person's views are as important as mine. It has made me think about my unconscious thoughts which I believe I need to change. I really enjoyed doing this Course.
