I have been hoping to do unconscious bias training for a while, to check that I was fully aware of how I might be unconsciously biased. This course was reassuring because it revealed there was nothing about unconscious bias that I was not aware of, but also suggested some strategies to challenge my own thinking and behaviour and help me overcome my own unconscious bias.

This training was very dinamic, has clearly and great examples and explanation of every unconscious bias we can have in our work place or in daily basis.
It's useful information. I think which everyone of us have to know it.
The course definitely made me think, and I will adopt the suggested actions to try and ensure that I treat every situation and every person as unique.
