I actually learned things that I will apply to my everyday decisions or challenge my judgements.
Bias is a challenging topic, and usually confusing. The videos were short, easily understood, and focused. I found them easy to follow and act upon.
Course was manageable during a typical workday and content was relevant to current workplace environment.
Its just very good, you need to challege and evalute the surrounding environment like a scientist
Not sure if this applies in a business environment.
Make people think a li bit more before judging others. But as you said, we have 110000000,00 figures to try to memorize and we keep only 40! Soon they will forget it again... should be great sending us something like this more often.

The training is well laid out and very easy to follow. Trainees have the ability to stop to make notes or wait for the summary at the end to make any notes. Training isn't too long - 30 minutes for employee training is a good length of time.
