This training program covers all key elements of real time thought process that could influence your judgement. The course outlines focus areas that could control your thoughts and lead you down a certain road blindfolded. I like the ACT tool which should be used on a daily basis or in situations where you Acknowledge, Challenge and Train any unconscious biases you may encounter at work.

training was very good.
I was familiar with a number of the concepts in the course, but it very clearly helped apply those to the workplace. It was good at gently reminding us that we all have things that we are biased towards or against without realising. Though it didn't provide the way through those things, it helpfully highlighted their existence. Useful.

It's always useful to be remind ourselves of how we can slip into unconscious bias and stereotypical thinking. The tool to ACT is helpful to treat everyone openly and fairly.
