This training has helped me to understand what unconscious bias is and its implications especially when you are not aware of some your own unconscious biases.
The proposition that you never have the same experience twice (that experience is like a fast-flowing river) may be true theoretically but life would surely be impossible if we could never use past experience as an aid to understanding current experience. Hence I am not sure I entirely agree with the thrust of this course. However it was very professionally presented and there were many thought-provoking examples given.
We have an excellent diverse team in our group. Everyone brings something different to the table and we learn from each other. This course is excellent in having people understand that not everyone is the same but we can all learn from each other if we give it a chance.

Lots of new insights on why people react to others in a certain manner. With this information I have set a goal for myself based on my actions when interacting with people. Your presenter is amazing, clear, concise. Information was very valuable.
