Good course to be applicable when leading a team and working with several teams.
Good course, mix of video and questions. Thought provoking.
This course highlights the feelings that we automatically have whether valid or invalid. Especially things like body language and facial expressions that we are not aware of.
OK from when it was made, but it misses an opportunity to capture the effects, impacts and issues around remote and hybrid working. This is especially so in the context of PRI assessors where the comfortable chat may now no longer be in a company office, but across 3 or 4 nations and time zones with 3 or 4 national and company cultural variations {I've done a CEng MIMarEST PRI from UK, with a fellow assessor in Sri Lanka, a candidate in Azerbaijan, and an observer in Gibraltar!!!}. Also, I really do dislike pineapple on pizza unless its an addition to a Nutella one, but then my tastes and prejudices were confirmed by 3 years living and working 'vicino di Napoli' ... My now 25 & 23 year old children strongly agree with this point, too 😊
