Plenty of cause for thought - lots of things to consider over the next few months

Well presented with some interesting exercises, but I found much of the subject matter has been covered by previous training.
A good awareness raising course. Useful definitions of bias and explanations about how to respond and challenge bias. Presented in a variety of formats using visual/ video/ written and test formats.
This is not a critic as my only thought regarding the training is that personalities of individuals and your perception of them at any given time could be subjective. Regardles of a person receptiveness towards other people, one can not control that other individual's charactor or their own personal agenda and how they present themselves; consequently, this could influence your bias at any given time. We as individuals have a long way to go when it comes to personal bias; but I thought this training is an appropriate start.

This training did a decent job at explaining unconscious bias, but it mainly ended up seeming like it tried to make it out as being bad in the least offensive way possible. It was very surface level and didn't reflect well on real life. Many of the ah-ha moments where they expected bias was obvious because there was missing information. It may have just been that I might just be in a better mindset than expected, but just didn't seem to go deep enough.
