Good training. Specially when we have people of many backgrounds, cultures, languages, religions, color and creed etc. working under the same roof. Some people purposely take advantage of these biases. Some are victims and some are offenders. This training will hopefully open the minds of all of us and make us more civilized humans and help us create a happy bright place to work where merit is awarded and all humans treated with respect.

The narrator/instructor was great, very easy to listen to and well spoken. The examples given were realistic.
Well worth the time, interesting and informative, not just from a work point of view but also from a social, life skill perspective to realise why I act in certain ways, an eye opener. well worth the 30 mins.
Lots of food for thought, the scenarios and case studies were very good at giving context to the subject. Interesting to think how often people use unconscious bias to inform decisions in both work and personal life.
