Very interesting course
You created a "training", which is too long for what it is. It could have been a 15 page slideshow, or an e-mail. Which would have been enough since the test was too easy. I was barely paying attention and still got 20/20 on my first try. If learning about unconscious biases is really that important, it should have had more engaging excercises. It is a shame calling it a proper training. At least include some non-formal learning experiences.Also I heard from multiple co-workers that the Hungarian translation is really poor. Since I completed it in English, I don't really know, but it might need a revision.. or two.
This provided me with lots of background as to my personal biases and preferences, which I was probably in denial about. for this reason alone, this course was very enlightening, and has made me more aware of my thought processes going forward.
