Really enjoyed this course and learn a bit on how the mind works. Made me realise that my mind can determine what kind of world i live in. Will try and practice it in my life and try and observe my mind to make better decisions..

Creating a buzz word or a phrase and then testing whether the student understands your buzz word is a ridiculous waste of time. A summary of this entire course could have been delivered as 30 second facts not padding out waffle to waste time.
Really helpful overview of the concept of UB with helpful and useful strategies to recognise and overcome it.
The session was simple and well put together to explain the challenge we face as individuals to recognise bias. I enjoyed it.
I have read many books and articles regarding unconscious mind but this course has helped me to be more aware of how can I make challenges with it or how can I be conscious of my thoughts or reactions.
