I found this course interesting as it has made me aware that it’s easy to jump to conclusions about people without having all the facts about them and that I should take time to challenge my immediate assumptions

I had not realised how much this was an issue for both myself and for my colleagues. Bias has a negative effect that can spread throught he team and become institutionalised, but trainng can have the oppostie, and positive efect.
