The lady spoke very clearly and slowly which allowed me to listen and understand easily
Makes you think more about how you think and react about people.
It's always good to periodically check oneself, to take stock and re-evaluate. Hopefully we are all doing this on a regular basis, but if you haven't done so recently this course will nudge you in the right direction and make you "ACT" today!
This course is helpful as it reminds you not to make snap judgements and not to assume things about people and situations

Important training for every colleague to undertake. To be approached frankly and with an open mind. I think it'd be good to follow up on this training a few months down the line to see if colleagues are more able to identify and meaningfully reflect on any of the things mentioned in the training.
