It was very interesting and explained clearly and simply what unconscious bias is. It also had good visuals for visual learners like myself. I liked the point that everyone cant help having biases because of life experiences. I have been met with bias many times in the workplace.
It is confusing as a scientist, from a theoretical standpoint. Is that really what happens? Is it just a computer analogy? Is it a simulation? You can't be bothered to argue the toss and you just accept it as dogma.
Learned how to keep under control my unconscious
The course was informative ,I haven't seen this course before,managed to pass it which is good.
Everyone should take this course. It prompts you to recognise how and why we react to others as we do and to challenge our responses. It is presented in a very non judgemental way.
