Pretty much common sense

Dont think i learned anything new in this training

2/5
helpful and clear

Everyone has unconscious bias and no-one should be judged about it. But there are ways to counter the unconscious bias and this will improve everyone's experience in the workplace. This was a helpful and positive course.

5/5
Targeted, succinct and well presented

Good explanation of unconscious bias, clear message of the potential negative influence it can have and ways in which individuals can challenge themselves. I would have liked the skill development that is identified through this to have been more fully explored in exercises to enable a real developnent. Is there I follow on course I have missed?

This course is an eye opener.

Although I have completed this course before, I thought it could have been a bit shorter as a refresher.

Well paced, well presented,

Excellent course. Covered concepts and offered a model to apply and address unconscious bias. The presenter was outstanding, in pace and delivery style.

5/5
Patronising. Woke. Thought police.

This training sets up the presenter as being the person who is 'right' , speaking to you - the person who is 'wrong'. The message is that the trainee must think and behave as the trainer would like them to. There is no question that that trainer might not have this quite right.
