A well presented, accessible course, thought provoking and illuminating!
The course has not only addressed the issue of unconscious bias, but has also provided the tools to address these biases. I particularly found the explanation of the different types of biases informative.
Although very insightful the test was not challenging enough.
The training was well-presented, engaging and easy to understand. I liked the conversational style of presenting the information and the accompanying visuals. The test at the end was fair and well-designed to review the main concepts in the training.
The slides succinct and further reading is not too long. It is very easy to understand and good examples included. Thank you.

I liked the video and audio clips which helped people identify any biases they may have right then and there.
It was a very well organised course that was both informative and enlightening. There were plenty of tips on how to avoid making assumptions and highlighted parts of my thought/decision making process that I need to pay more attention to. The talks on each topic were short and to the point so did not seem heavy or boring and never lost my attention.
