It was one of the different and much-needed courses for me. It change my perspective of thinking and some awareness which was really needed. Must be recommended to everyone. Thank you.
This course is thought provoking and raises awareness of the various types of bias that exist. The course promotes self-reflection, self-questioning and provides strategies to challenge self and others.

I recommend that the test/quiz section is carried out first - then any wrong answers are areas that the user needs focussing on, which the user must then watch the videos sections for.

I appreciate that it has to be a 'one size fits all' course, so it probably needs to be aimed at the lowest common denominator. However, for those of us who have completed similar training in the past, a refresher course would have been a better option - it could have started from a higher base, and explored some elements in greater detail.
