Good course, very relevant.

Contains useful practical advice.

Extremely useful for everybody

Gave it 4* stars (instead of deserved 5*) just because it seems it is a repetition of last year's course. I understand that principles do not change, but if some variations have been introduced to refresh the whole experience and make it at least feel updated it would have been more enjoyable. I would also suggest more participating questions for us to answer before that final test. If more videos are introduced and if they change every year, course would feel fresher. Also, number of questions for the test at the end could be increased and multiple choice answers could include images as well. In that case we would be keen to to receive new course ASAP. But overall, this course is extremely useful, not only for people in a workplace but for our friends as well. Not sure is test available out of company as well, so we can share it with friends... Will check on Google...

Fantastic

This is course is right at the core of what we experience everyday in our lives within the workplace. The issues are at the heart of some of the problems which we sometime describe as being institutional.

Great Session

Well constructed and delivered, maintained interest, easy to follow and digest leading to effective transference of learning...

5/5
poor examples

A low level course with some poor examples; the test assumes that i have a bias towards someone who is multi-lingual, this is an outdated belief and something you should look to acknowledge, challenge and train people to avoid. Aside from that the course requires only basic recall of the information with no higher level cognition required and so lacks a complete judgement on the learners understanding of the topic.
