The content is really well structured. It also makes you think. I would want everyone to complete this course!
I recently completed the "Unconscious Bias Training" and was thoroughly impressed. The videos were exceptionally clear and impactful, breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable scenarios. The practical exercises and real-world situations were particularly effective, providing hands-on experience that made the lessons stick. This training has truly enhanced my awareness and understanding of unconscious bias, making it an invaluable resource for both personal growth and professional development. Highly recommend!
While the training was accurate and relevant, it was a very broad and dare I say shallow look at biases within an organisation.A big issue with the training is that it isn’t tailored to the specific sector/requirements of the business in question. It also does not really provide much in the way of advice or method on how to aid yourself or others in biased decision making beyond “questioning” and “keeping an open mind”.

This course really made me think, in future i shall take my time and question before making a decision.
Gives a good understanding about and how to deal with that unconscious state in humanity that leads to very devastating self opinion. Well done course.
It's always good to go over previous training, but some of the effect was missing because it was the same as previously seen - for example, the video of the team meeting and the foreign language. It's still good to re-visit though, just to make sure you haven't fallen into bad habits.
Very informative
This course was of poor quality. I found it difficult to stay on task as it was dull and boring to listen to. I have an awareness of 'unconscious bias' however I felt that this course was making me think about things I would not normally consider. I don't look at people with tattoos and form an opinion of them in my everyday life however I felt like this course was forcing me to make assumptions.
