An interesting insight to the subconscious mind. A great deal of human behavior is 'automatic' and its good to be reminded of this and the negative impacts that may bring in your interactions with other humans!

This is a very excellent eye opening course which gives plenty of guidance for a satisfying social life.
I thought this was a particularly good and engaging refresher course, which challenges you to think about your own biases etc. Some subjects in the iHASCO suite feel less relevant to us or have a strong common sense component; unconscious biases are something we don't think about on a daily basis, and this is an effective way to have people consider their opinions and actions. I could see the contents of this session being relevant to me on a daily basis.
