Good training that has made me aware of unconscious bias and to challenge my own behaviour.
I have really enjoyed this course it has opened up my knowledge around unconscious bias,and i have more understanding is something that we all have - but that doesn’t automatically make us treat people unfairly. In this basic course we explore what bias is, how to recognise it, and some simple steps we can take to make our workplaces more fair.

Good opportunity to review how I think, feel and act. Very important in my role. Good prompt to analyse my reactions, particularly unconscious facial expressions etc as first impressions and building trust are crucial in my job.

I absolutely loved taking this course. i learned so much and found the information easy to follow and understand because of the clear simple language and illustrations used. I will be applying some of the tips given in the videos and feel better equipped to apply the principals in my own life and share them with others. Great course.
