This training was very informative and engaging. Having questions dispersed throughout kept me focused and the content itself was varied. The trainer presented in a very clear way that made the content easy to follow and get us thinking.

A good overview of unconscious bias with specific examples to the work place. Engaging and asked questions throughout to ensure understanding. Perfect amount of time and created probed questions on my own unconscious biasness. Would definitely recommend.

It goes at a nice pace that allows you to take notes, hear the information and to take advantage of the linked videos, PDFs and links to others sources of information without feeling like you are being rushed.

It is so true that unconsciously we all have bias towards other people and its not until you are made to think about it that you realise it.

this is a well written course which makes you think of the bias that you carry from past experiences. It has made me question more so I don't make assumptions.

Presented really well , relevant ,engaging . It Is. for everyone whether you have been in the work place for. 35 years or 1 . We constantly. need act on the bias we unintentionally have. My only criticism is. again the imagery is very office based .Which many industries and. organisations are not ie colleges , universities , medical sector ,land based industries . the imagery need to be more diverse and inclusive to reinforce the point .
