I found this course very informative about how my mind works towards my opinions of others.
It was useful to refresh this material from last year. I had forgotten most of the theory in the meantime. We see a wide range of residents and visitors in the Library from small babies to pensioners. This exposure has broadened my perspective and should help to dispel my natural biases about biases, many of which were formed long ago when I was younger. I had a privileged start in life and it is good to work with a range of people.
