Makes you think about the many different types of Unconscious Bias

Out of the suite of training I have completed, this topic proved more problematic for me when undertaking the test. I believe it was the terms used in the video, compared with the terms used in the test, that did not immediately make it identifiable to make me confident in answering some of the questions. I am very familiar with this topic and have attended other training on the topic so, therefore, was surprised by my experience. The presenter of the video was very good. Perhaps a slide with definitions of terminology would be beneficial.

I thought that the comprehensive content was explained clearly by the presenter with helpful supporting use of visuals and video clips. It was very user-friendly. Altogether a really useful training programme.

I thought it was well put together , clear, concise and made me think and questions myself and my thoughts in all areas. The extra videos and short exercise that explained or gave examples were very useful.

The training content was really good and explained the subject well. It just felt that the delivery was a little dry and I think it would be easy to lose concentration. Helpful training though so thankyou.
