Good to be challenged by realistic examples.

While this training makes you think about unconscious bias, it does not actually give much helpful advice as to how to put it into practice. It keeps telling you to "be constantly conscious", but doesn't tell you how to train your brain to do this or how to help yourself to deal with the any actual bias!
Always good to be challenged and self reflect around unconscious bias. I found this course was informative and allowed a safe place to learn and self-reflect.
