This is by far the most enjoyable mandatory on-line training I have taken. It was thought-provoking and engaging throughout. One of the exercises in particular really brought home the assumptions I was making. I have made one change already and based on what I have told them, colleagues are looking forward to taking it themselves.
really makes you think and become aware of your actions/others actions the way you perceive others with unconscious pre-conceived biases and unconscious judgements. something most of us are oblivious to.

Engaging training course which is both interesting and useful. My one recommendation would be to my organisation to instruct employees to undertake this training later in their employment rather then at the start. So they can better part take in the exercises i.e. which of your colleagues do you get on well with, which of your colleagues do not get on so well with etc.
OK but not exactly earth-shatteringly informative. And please get someone to eliminate spelling error of "practise". Looks bad in a training video.
