The course content was very informative and I now feel I have a much better awareness and understanding of ‘unconscious bias’.

I think it is a good idea to take time out to examine your own mind set, the bias you feel in certain situations, without being self aware that you actually feel that way. It made me aware of certain factors that I know influence my bias and will prompt me to look at the wider picture and be more open minded.

It was simply structured and visually interesting. Speaker voice was also good to listen to in terms of clarity and control.

I really rate the Ihasco training - it is easy to tap in and continue or start scheduled training, it is brilliant online training which saves so much valuable time not having to travel to and from a training event which is even more applicable now in view of the Covid 19 crisis where we are unable to travel but can continue training. I also like that I can relook at the completed training whenever I want to refresh my memory if needed. My only issue is I seem to have to keep asking for access to the training when it says my log in doesn't work any more - this might be something I am doing wrong but overall, I am a big fan.
