Everyone should be encouraged to tackle there biases. Its definitely made me think twice about how I act with people in everyday life, not just work. I look forward to tackling these myself and becoming a more positive person.
I think that this training gave clear, constructive strategies to enable employers to address the problem of inequality within the workplace.
A worthwhile course which will help everyone work together more efficiently
All the examples shown exclude unconscious biases about disability. A huge opportunity has been missed here and I find it completely unacceptable to have excluded this. I have been critical of the equality and diversity course as well and I fear the team putting these together have brought too many of their own biases into this.
