Very thought provoking

The Unconscious Bias Training makes you take stock of your thoughts and misconceptions. It was delivered in a way to make you think about yourself and others and to question if you are being unfair .

Interesting and Insightful

I found the Unconscious Bias Training both interesting and insightful and it has certainly given me food for thought. I certainly plan on working harder to question my natural instincts during the next academic year and to be more aware of and to challenge my unconscious biases.

Surprisingly good

This was a good training session. I think more exploration of bias with examples would be beneficial, but for the time frame I thought this was good and well presented.

Definitely food for thought on topic

This took me a while to do as I have never done this sort of topics before but now have a better understanding of the biases.

This is highlights a very import issue

I found this interesting and I am pleased that it encourages people to look at their own bias in a way that in itself is non-judgmental towards bias behaviour. I have personally been on the receiving end of negative bias throughout my life and therefore I have always been extremely aware of this issue. I liked the fact that I had to look closely at my own bias. My only criticism is that the course itself felt bias in the way it was challenging other peoples bias However, maybe this is just my own subconscious bias making assumptions.
