Helped me to re-look at how I react to people and although I found that I tend to be comfortable with people that I meet that look different to me it's nice to have a reminder how biased thinking can occur.

It is important to develop self-awareness so as not to think and act blindly. Truly superb and amazing training i have ever done.

The content of the course if good and well delivered The test at the end would work better if there was a "check" button to confirm your answer rather than taking the first thing that is clicked on (for instance this is prone to error on a sensitive track pad)

I found this a particularly useful course, although perhaps more for my other job as a teacher rather than as a data officer (where most of my interaction is with a database). It was clearly delivered and stimulated personal reflection in a non-confrontational way. I found the 'thought exercises' used to illustrate examples of the natural unconscious biases that we all have, were very effective . Some of the questions in the test could be more challenging.

I enjoyed the course and the information presented about unconscious bias.

I enjoyed working through the material and there is useful information throughout. The terms are especially useful and I found myself thinking back to certain personal situations. I liked the testing element but wondered if testing might be further enhanced with the inclusion of more scenarios for people to consider, especially around reactions and response and getting delegates to reflect on previous experiences more.
