As per the few words it felt like the course was pitched at quite a basic level, but it's a good starting point for helping people understand what influences their unconscious bias.

I really enjoyed this it was a great way to open the mind and learn more about yourself and this really helps with self development and progress. I have never done this sort of training before it was a great experience overall.

Reminds us to reflect on why we have particular feelings or opinions about other people and to make judgements based on our present not past experiences. Ask questions.

Not sure it will change my behaviour, I like ot think I am non-judgemental anyway. A bit long.

Could be a bit more in-depth, some of it seemed a little basic or vague. Maybe more psychological tests and challenging of opinions, such as the '3 voices' exercise would be rewarding. However, still a really important, helpful and concise course, great speaker.

A good jumping off point for a wider discussion on unconscious bias and how that shows up the in work place. I liked the layout and the presenter, as well as the additional tasks.

I have never thought about this before and really made me think about how people judge on looks alone.
