I found this course very interesting and thought provoking. It makes you realise how you might think in different situations and about different characters. Of course it is human nature to predict how a person might act or be but this course will hopefully open people's eyes and minds.
The training session was setup very well in that it was not drawn out. These type of training i believe do have a tendency to be a little too long winded. Not this one though, it was direct and to the point.
The course was new to me as I thought that bias and equal opportunities related to the same thing. I soon saw the difference, as this relates to people not realising that they are favouring one person over another. I think that sometimes positive discrimination may be a form of unconscious bias, but I think that the training really answered all the questions.

I found the course to be positive explaining the variety of biases and the tools to ACT - acknowledge, challenge and train.
Very impressed with the course, the delivery and graphics are great , Never got bored and finished in one go.
