Really informative and makes you think about your own biases - i'm glad it's mandatory training.
This is probably the most informative unconscious bias training I have attended. It explored the different types of bias' and was clear yet concise. It was just right.

A very good and useful reminder to always try to be mindful, kind and self-aware at work. I liked the emphasis on curiosity. Not sure that having someone who was young, slim, attractive with a very neutral accent was the best presenter? It sits well with Equalities training, and in that vein perhaps could have had a slide on bias re the disabled?
I think the insights into unconscious bias, provided by this course, were very interesting. Definitely a coarse worth taking part in and very helpful if everyone embraces it in the right way.

A good course for every employee to undertake
I found the course useful, it did make me question some of my unconcious biases, and I think it will make me challenge some of my reactions towards others based on past experiences.
