I worry a lot about racial and class bias in my work place. Not sure this approach is going to sort it.
This was a most helpful way to start to get a framework for working on some personal improvement. I may come back to it again.
This training was really well presented and was pitched at the right level. It was easy to understand without being patronizing.
I thought the course was good overall but found parts of it repetitive.
Difficult to cover so much information quickly and virtually but the combination of video and testing achieved it quite well. To extend the training it would be good for some kind of follow-up test in a few months time perhaps?
I enjoyed this course very helpful and learnt a lot about different types of Bias their is. Was very interesting.

The course showed how we are all biased (a better word than prejudiced) and gave a clear three stage process for mitigating this. This is important both for justice and efficiency.
