A good course to help challenge a mindset and get one to think about personal assumptions and behaviours.
Well designed course and quite practical offering lots of food for thought.
I enjoyed the format and content of this session and learned new information. The downside for me is that it kept taking a while to load each section, so was interrupted. Could it be on one, continuous video?
Acknowledge, Challenge, Train: no matter how uncomfortable it is for you as an individual, no matter who you are, it is only good to be prepared to challenge your habits, to be willing to grow as a person, and develop your understanding of the diverse world around you. This training will nudge you in that direction.
I like the presentation style - its short video clips but concise to point with real-time examples. I enjoyed this training session.
