Relatable

I have done another course that didn't stress so much the need for learning acronyms but gave more examples from life in general. I agree it is a difficult thing to teach and grasp though. I did the whole thing in one go, maybe if I had split it up a bit, it would have been better.

interesting but too much talking

Content was interesting but I found it very difficult to remember some of the terms used. I would have preferred training where there is much more active involvement when learning and I found myself nodding off a few times. I think this model of learning does not suit me.

Very good and informative

Very informative.lots of psychology involved

5/5
Very word heavy

This took a lot of concentration and was very word heavy and I felt the explanations of the various effects like Horne and halo etc needed more input as they were not explained clearly.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Very interesting. Much to think about.

eye opening and addresses all stereotype

considering i did this training when BLM was at its height i found that the course touched on some real biases that people have and don't realise that they can be offensive. It was reassuring that my organisation has this course addressing bias issues rolled out to all staff. i liked the approach that the coursetaker has to consider they own biases (it was subjective). it definitely got me thinking. so thank you

Great to challenge our existing views

Liked this one, right length and made you think. Needs to be repeated yearly as old habits will start to creep back in if not reiterated/continued to be challenged
