Reinforcing that we should challenge our assumptions in every circumstance which is vital.

The 20 question test at the end was laughably easy, there was no need to watch any of the videos to answer the questions except for the acronym ACT, which makes little sense. I would also point out that unconscious bias training is ineffectual (https://scholar.harvard.edu/files/dobbin/files/an2018.pdf) and can actually worsen biases.

This was the best online course I have done. I have never thought deeply about bias and it all resonated with me. Having a simple white screen with the excellent presenter was very good

Good course on becoming aware of and challenging your unconscious assumptions. Positive and encouraging, it's very pro-active and encourages you to do better.

Relevant Information and knowledge when applied brings a change in attitude towards others.

Completed in previous employment a few years ago found the course a well thought out I enjoy learning via video

Great course, but i am missing the interaction of being able to ask questions and role play with a group/teacher, which i think helps greatly when training. Would've liked to score more, but could see where/how i made the wrong choice of answer, and have my notes to look at. Very thought provoking about how we all make such quick assumptions.
