It was quite an interesting course that brought home some of my ways of thinking... Interesting that it only used the word bias and not the word predjudice, I wouldn't have thought you could have one without the other. Or is a predjudice just a negative bias? I thought a couple of the stand alone questions were slightly ambiguous.

This course was really well explained and easy to understand. The information share was important for us to think about unconscious bias we might have at work and try to make them conscious as a way of improving your work experience and relationship with your teammates

there is a warning that the translation ( in my case into Italian) is done by computer and therefore mistakes are possible but I feel it is important that IF offering the course in Italian then it should be proof read, the translation of the Test questions was dubious to say the least, leading to misinterpretation of the multiple choice answers, which could in some cases result in incorect answers and therefore failure to pass the test, I was able to swap back to the English version but the whole point of offering it in Italian is then lost.
