Benfits tolerance and fairness

This course highlights pre judgemental ideas and allows people to question their perceptions.

Interesting, salient... a bit basic.

This felt like a good fit for training. Some of the test questions were poorly worded. More on microactions and microaggressions would have been interesting. The videos take too long so I read the transcripts, which need to be better presented for clarity.

A worthwhile course

I will endeavour to question myself regularly using the techniques and strategies to sincerely reduce any negative bias I may be unintentionally showing as this course will make me more positive.

5/5
very informative

This courses makes you aware of the various unconscious biases that one has and encourages one to change the way the way of thinking. Which is a good thing.

A good course

A good course , however for an old fart that is approaching retirement and spent many years as a copper and even longer as a soldier touring the globe and learning about cultures, religions and life, much of this is old hat. Still worth doing.

too boring,

Not sure if a online course could be more difficult to focus on. Needed to be shorter. The importance of the the subject has been nullified by the dry delivery.

1/5
Concise, topical, and educational

Yes, I feel every employer should offer a course like this, it is a good reminder of we perceive people and why.
