All I got from this is that I'm unconsciously in the wrong, don't know about it but have to change the way I unconsciously feel about a person or situation. This does seem to pool everyone/men into the same category, which itself is very negative and a bias. Everyone is raised different and comes from different backgrounds. So I don't under the reason for training on this subject.

great insight and well delivered
This course is professional and also politically neutral. It thankfully avoids contentious critical theory in explaining bias. Occasionally slips into pseudo-science but overall this should help and inform staff.
A really interesting and well presented course. The speakers were excellent in their delivery.
Made me look at my own bias
this training allows you to understand basic concepts related to unconscious biases which then can be used to make a critical self assessment. How to work through our biases with questions and a curious mind and the ACT technique are helpful approaches.
