A very good thought as it makes you think about yourself in the workplace. There are so many things that you are not aware of such as unconscious bias so the training helps you to think about that and what to do to combat it. Good presentation.
It is clear and easy to follow. It would be good to be clear that there are questions at the end, so you take notes. It does explain clearly the many ways in which we can be bias, which I think is really good. The ACT acronym is also useful for us to remind ourselves to be self-aware. Also it reminds us that it is all of our responsibility to be aware of our unconscious bias and make them conscious thoughts instead. Definitely worth doing.
excellent training. only recommendation i have is to include social media where we don't always see the person and cancel culture
