Recommend for everyone who works with people

Good way to quickly review a variety of common types of bias which we may hold unconsciously and along lines that are not often discussed. In-course exercises were useful.

This course is not boring, I did expect some boring repetition of politically correct talks, but I was happy to see new ideas in my mind when listening. This was engaging enough to have me actually thinking about real life situations that I had not identified as unconscious biased.

This course was very useful. I learnt some new things I never knew before. I reccomend this course a lot.

The course does well to allow viewers to acknowledge bias (through the videos which present "aha" moments), before challenging the viewer to note their biases and act on them. Interactivity is useful to maintain engagement (perhaps could even reinforce this more throughout!). The presenter is very clear and direct, making well paced videos. 😊

Enjoy doing online courses, in the comfort of my own home. I’m a mature student and I feel I don’t panic as much as been in a class doing a test.
