I enjoyed this training quite a bit. It makes several good points and I like that also recognize the differently abled and how some of these common behaviors may be different for them.

I learned to examine the biases I do in my daily experiences at work.

I found the course very interesting and informative. I wish I could print out the slides for future review.

The course materials were presented in a well structure manner. The pace of the lessons was appropriate. The concepts were well explained and practical.

I personally feel that this "Unconscious Bias Training" module is the best training material that I have come across in all these years of my IT Life. I loved the way how minute details about the humans were noted and told to us in a very subtle manner, the way the material asked us to reason our decisions made about the people from our workplace by us, was something real for us to introspect. In short, would love to do more courses or sessions on these.

Curious how one can 'reduce bias' and 'promote diversity' : to promote something is to apply bias by definition. If it is ok to be biased in some circumstances then we are straight back into subjectivity.......
