Great short course..

Helpful as a reminder on the dangers of having an uncalibrated mind. We do indeed pick up a lot of biases over time and it's definitely true that they can create a lot of issues. For me as an HSSEQ Professional it's key for me to always work on minimizing biases as I'm definitely key in my role as an "HSSEQ culture builder". Having biases will definitely not help with doing this. Practicing leadership means leading by example. Being perceived as being biased is a big no no..

Excellent training everybody should have

This vital information was presented clearly and simply to define and illustrate what unconscious bias is, removing any shame away from what can sometimes be a tricky topic to approach in person. This training would be an asset to any organization.

very informative, interesting

This was a great training process it opens your eyes and makes you aware of what you might behave like in a place of work and how staff may see you, this will make be more aware of how I may see others as well as how others will see me.

Very insightful and informative

This training was really helpful as this isn't an area you naturally give thought to. In today's world, particularly in education, we need to challenge our stereotypes and thought processes and it's good to know it's only natural to feel this way but have ways in which to challenge ourselves and others.
