It wasn't as bad as I thought, it uses a little bit of the psychology, on how we think, and if this makes us behave with kindness, understanding & acceptance towards each other then that is not a bad think. Although, I still believe in a 'gut instinct' about people/places is often right, unconscious bias or not.
I found myself questioning myself and my views continually throughout this course. I am going to question how I look at people and situations with more thought and open mindedness in future. Thank you for raising my awareness.

I liked this course not only because it was easy to do, respectful and cleverly put together but because it was presented clearly and also in a way that kept my interest. I thought I was already very aware of my own biases but it turns out there's always more to acknowledge.
I found really interesting and it does have clear teaching and learning objective that I believe is very useful to achieve a more friendly working environment if implemented by learners and their work place. I feel empowered more to have taken this training.

I'd some a similar session several years ago so was nice to have a refresher. Clearly laid out with nice bullet points and videos weren't too long.
