I learnt a lot about unconscious bias, especially all the different types. I hope everyone takes this information on board and reflects on their own thoughts and actions. ACT is strongly imprinted in my mind.
Enjoyed the course. Always worthwhile to be reminded of the absence of thought processes, and reliance on unconscious bias, when making snap judgments. Good, too, to be reminded of the need for constant self challenging of opinions, decisions, notions.

Most people learn not to judge a book by its cover when they're a child. This course subjects grown adults to the type of talk you'd give a 3-year-old. Gee, I never knew not to stereotype people before! Thanks for bringing this to my attention! That was definitely half an hour well spent.
